Important Information: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request.
Return & Exchange Process
Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].
Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Package Your Items
Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Ship Your Return
Ship your return package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Basics category items (due to their intimate nature)
- Tops and Vests that have been removed from their original packaging with hygiene seals broken
- Any items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are not in their original condition
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), international customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs. We recommend declaring the returned goods as “Returned Merchandise” to potentially avoid import fees.
